Among us are commissioners for oaths and Notary Public. Irene Ogunah

Ms. Irene Ogunah, Founder and Managing Partner of Ogunah & Associates Advocates in Ukunda, Kwale County, is a seasoned legal practitioner dedicated to delivering ethical, results-driven representation.

A graduate of the University of Nairobi (LLB) and the Kenya School of Law, she is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths, and Notary Public.

Her career began with pupillage and grew through notable roles at Ngonze & Ngonze Advocates in Mombasa and Nyameta Mogaka & Company in Diani, before establishing her firm in 2022.

With expertise in conveyancing and property law, corporate and commercial matters, and probate and succession, Ms. Ogunah is widely respected for her strategic approach to land transactions, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to her clients across Kwale County and beyond.

Leonida Atieno Ogotti

Leonida Atieno Ogotti

Ms. Leonida is a results-driven Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, renowned for her commitment to justice, integrity, and accountability in every case she handles.

A graduate of the University of Nairobi (LLB) and the Kenya School of Law, she is also a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public.

Her legal expertise spans civil and criminal litigation, conveyancing, employment and labor law, probate and administration, divorce, and children’s matters, alongside strong skills in legal drafting, research, and contract review.

Leonida’s career journey has seen her contribute to notable law firms across Kenya—including in Nairobi, Mombasa, Busia, and Diani—before joining Ogunah & Associates Advocates in 2025.
